About

THE BECOMING GLOBAL NETWORK

Connecting people. Developing potential.

The Becoming Global Network (TBGN) connects people, develops potential and expands opportunity through practical learning, purposeful relationships and community collaboration.

Our purpose

We are building an independent, cross-denominational Christian network connecting faith, talent and opportunity. Our purpose is to help emerging adults develop direction, capability and relationships for meaningful work, enterprise, learning, leadership and service.

Who we serve

Our current focus is young people and emerging professionals, including newcomers navigating unemployment, underemployment and limited access to professional networks. Experienced professionals, churches and community contributors can participate by sharing knowledge, skills and connections.

Where we begin

We are taking root in Waterloo Region, Canada. Our global ambition is to connect people and ideas across borders as our capacity and relationships develop.

How we work

We value people and their potential. Practical learning, purposeful connections and meaningful opportunities guide our approach. We aim to describe participation requirements clearly, respect consent and privacy, and report experience and outcomes honestly.

Our current stage

TBGN is at the founding stage. We are developing governance, a small-group pilot, evidence records and a responsible operating model. We do not promise employment, immigration, scholarship or investment outcomes.

The 2026 Becoming Global Summit was founding-stage event experience originally delivered under The Royals / RCCG Potter’s House. Becoming Labs is being developed as our current learning and experimentation platform; there is no standalone Becoming Academy at this stage.
