Our founding evidence begins with the Becoming Global Summit 2026: a gathering of people around purpose, learning and community in Kitchener. These records help explain where TBGN began and what we are building from.
Becoming Global Summit 2026
Date: July 4, 2026
Venue: Kitchener Public Library, Kitchener, Ontario
Theme: Equipping a Generation for Global Purpose
Delivery context: The Royals / Potter’s House, before TBGN’s establishment as a separate organization.
The photographs below document a speaker addressing the gathering and a participant engaged in learning. Together with the group photograph, they provide a visible record of activity.
From activity to demonstrated change.
An event photograph documents activity. Attendance records document participation. Feedback and follow-up evidence help us understand what people learned, which connections continued, and whether practical opportunities followed.
As Becoming Labs and our network develop, our reporting will distinguish these forms of evidence. We will publish verified figures with their dates, sources and limitations.
How we will report our work
Participation: who took part, the activity and the reporting period.
Learning: feedback, practical skills and changes in direction.
Connections: relationships and support that continue beyond an event.
Outcomes: changes supported by follow-up evidence, rather than attendance alone.
Clear organizational boundaries.
The Summit is part of our founding story. Funds for the 2026 event were administered through Potter’s House and are not presented as TBGN revenue. TBGN is at the founding stage; this website does not represent us as a registered charity or offer charitable tax receipts.
